Dheeraj is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and client engagement, carrying an overall experience of 13 years in the industry especially on Title, Curative, and Closing Operations. He is responsible to drive the team to achieve the Organization’s Goals, which involves Strategic Planning, Execution, Reassessment, and Tactical amendments. He also holds a Six Sigma certification. Dheeraj strongly believes that learning should never stop, creating that urge is what keeps the team motivated, and the end of the day will also result in a Happy customer.

Syeed Rajeeb has experience of 15 years in the US mortgage, Oil & Gas industry. He is responsible for heading Quality and Training for mortgage operations across India locations. His role is to ensure qualitative results are delivered from transition to the production phase and thereon. A certified Six Sigma holder from Indian Statistical Institute, he comes with experience in leading Quality, Training & Transition roles while working with clients in the US & Canada.

Anish plays an integral role in the organization’s journey to becoming an Employer of Choice. As a member of the leadership team, he is responsible for driving initiatives focused on employee development, embedding performance culture, and transforming employee relations into a proactive employee-centric function and building structures required for supporting growth. With more than 16 years of experience in HR, Anish has contributed to various aspects towards the development of the organization.

Vijayageetha is a qualified CA Inter and an M.com graduate with 15 years of work experience in Indian accounting, Taxation & Audit and has major experiences in Corporates Accounts. Additionally, she has an international experience of US Taxation and Australian Accounting. She is passionate about learning and implementing new ideas at work.

Malathesha Babu T V having overall 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management. He has hands-on experience on VM Ware ESXi, Redhat Linux, Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, AWS Cloud Security, Networking, System Administration, Data Centres, and IT Applications in multiple domains. He has international experience in implementing physical and cloud datacentres and he has also involved in process automation and mastered in process implementation.
